Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you enroll in or use services from Karur Kasparov Chess Academy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a program or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Enrollment & Free Demo
New students are entitled to one free demo class before enrolling in a paid batch. Enrollment is confirmed only after fees and any required registration steps are completed.
3. Fees & Payments
Program fees vary by batch and are communicated directly during enrollment. Fees are generally non-refundable once a batch has started, except at the academy's discretion.
4. Attendance & Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes on time and maintain respectful conduct toward coaches and fellow students. The academy reserves the right to reassign or, in serious cases, discontinue a student's batch for repeated disruptive behavior.
5. Online Classes
Students joining online batches are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device. Session recordings, where offered, are for the enrolled student's personal use only.
6. Intellectual Property
Course material, curriculum and content shared during coaching remain the property of Karur Kasparov Chess Academy and may not be redistributed without permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
